Q: Jenny, you're a business coach. I'm a transformational (non-business) coach.  Are your recommendations going to work for me? 

A: YES! 85-90% of my clients are transformational coaches, healers, therapists, etc.  I specialize in helping NON-business coaches sell their premium offers to top-tier clients. (The messaging and methods are very, VERY different for transformational experts than they are for business coaches!)


Q: Do I have to have a premium offer to sell? What if I sell mostly lower-ticket offers?

A: That's ok, too. Remember, I'll be focusing on your messaging, content strategy, and positioning — all of which need to be dialed in whether you're selling high-ticket, or low-ticket.


Q: In my audit, will you just be trying to "upsell" me into your other offerings, Jenny?

AThat depends. :) I'll be giving you high-level, actionable advice on how to improve your messaging, content, offers, and client acquisition. You’ll be receiving a thorough "blueprint" (a video & Google Doc with clarity & next steps) of where to focus your energies to make real progress, at your own pace.


But in full transparency, if my audit reveals that you need deeper support …


AND … if you are an Exquisite-Fit Client for me (meaning I’m confident that I can support you)


AND … I have an offering or container that would be PERFECT for you … then YES … I will likely briefly mention it in the video, so that you can explore investing in more “hands-on support”, should you choose to do so.


Q: What if I want to do deeper work with you, but you don’t think I’m a good fit, or you don’t have an opening?

A: This does happen. I’m an ethical coach, and there are certain coaches I cannot help — and therefore will not take their money.


An example would be brand new coaches who don’t have ANY actual experience working with clients yet, who only have “theoretical knowledge” (no real practice), or who have NO idea what their “special gift” is and how to package that into an offer. (My gift is helping you compellingly articulate “what you do” … not in advising you what you “should do”.)


In these cases, I might know of another resource elsewhere that could support you — and I’m happy to make that recommendation.

Q: If I DO decide to do further work with you, is there any incentive?

A: You bet! If you enroll in one of my other offerings or programs within 14 days of receiving your Bespoke Blueprint, I’ll credit you $150 for programs programs priced between $1k-$2k, and the full $250 for programs over $2k.

HOW IT WORKS:

Step One: BASELINE INFORMATION (Diagnostic Form You’ll Fill Out)

Once you purchase, you'll immediately be sent to a 'Diagnostic Form'. I'll ask you very specific questions to help me thoroughly understand you and your business, with an emphasis on your brand messaging, content, offers, and organic client acquisition strategy.

The Diagnostic Form will take you 30-45 minutes to complete. The more thoroughly you complete the form, the better I can help you. Once I receive your information, I'll study it deeply in preparation for Steps 2 & 3.

Step Two: BESPOKE BLUEPRINT (Critique Video + Google Doc With Personalized Next Steps)

Next, I'll record a detailed "screen-sharing" video (generally about 45-60 minutes in length, and yours to keep). In it, I’ll walk you through my critique of your client acquisition strategy, messaging, positioning, and content (generally the most recent 30-45 days of social media posts).

In the recording, I’ll also walk through your Bespoke Blueprint, which will be delivered to you on a Google Doc to keep. It will include customized recommendations just for you — practical, actionable steps you can implement immediately to start moving the needle right away!

Step Three: BACK-POCKET SUPPORT (Three Days Of DM Access)

Your Bespoke Blueprint & Video will be sent to you within 3-5 business days from when I get your Diagnostic Form … but what happens if you have questions about my critique and / or recommendations?  I’ve got you covered …

For three days after I deliver the Blueprint, you’ll have direct access to me via Telegram Messenger. (I'm available T, W, Th of the first three weeks of each month.) No clunky calendars to coordinate … no Zoom calls to bloat your schedule! Just a free-flowing, relaxed chat where you can ask for clarification, share your ‘aha’s’, and generally have me in your “back pocket” as you plan to implement.
