Step 1 — GROUNDWORK & PREP CALL (60-Minute Zoom Call)

In this preparation & strategy call, I’ll gather all the information I need to craft your sparkling new copy — in a jiffy, and with minimal need for revisions.

We'll jump on a laser-focused call to gather what I need (no long forms or 'briefs' for you to fill out!)  One of my gifts — and how I get so clear in the copy I write — is knowing how to ask you the right questions to achieve the goal you want your copy / content to achieve.

By the end of the call, I’ll have a deep understanding of your business & your goals for this piece of copy … and we’ll have put together a clear strategy. We’ll also likely have some “draft” copy written, so you can see the direction I’m heading.

You’ll receive a recording of the call to keep, as well as a copy of my notes in a shared Google Drive folder.

Step 2 — YOU SIP COFFEE WHILE I WRITE COPY (90-Minutes Of Done-For-You Copy By Jenny) 

While you’re running your business or savoring some well-earned time off … I’ll write up everything we discussed in our planning session.

Generally, I’ll create the copy within 2-3 business days after our Groundwork call, so that your project is still fresh in my mind. That couple of days delay also gives us both to review our planning session — in case you come up with further information for me, or I have additional questions for you.

When the copywriting is finished, I’ll record a quick Loom video, doing a “walkthrough” of the copy for you to review. That’s your cue to double-check what I’ve written, and to notify me of any final tweaks you’d like to see. (The package includes one round of minor edits / revisions.)

If you request minor revisions, I’ll attend to them within 1-2 business days, and deliver your final draft copy to you!

Q: How Much Can We Get Done In A Copy Date?

A: I’m a highly experienced (20+ year) copywriter, and I’ve written copy for coaches & experts in everything from female fertility to fashion, medicine to men’s life coaching, therapy to … well, you get the idea!

So … I can whip up shiny copy relatively quickly. To give you a general idea, here are some estimates of what I can do. 

ONE Copy Date =

* (2-4) Social media posts, with or without CTA (depending on length)

* (2-4) Emails (depending on length)

* Outline for email sequence of ~10 emails

* Some combination of items in the ONE Copy Date package … OR

* Simple one-page website copy, including short “About Me” and short “Services” section
